Our parent company, Out of the Box Innovations has global clients, but SMITU Coach aims its coaching to UK-based businesses. The main reason is travel constraints for in-person coaching and workshops. However, if you are in a different country and are happy with self-learning or remote sessions, please ask!

We offer a mix of fixed payment plans to accommodate a system that's right for you. We are also flexible to customised plans which can be discussed upon initial consultation.

We offer set courses that are ideal for home improvement businesses or those just beginning to explore the potential of structured sales, marketing, and IT strategies. This includes basic sales training, foundational digital marketing tactics, and essential IT setup guidance. We also offer consulting and advisory services that are more flexible or ad-hoc.

Some of our courses are fixed in length and structure, so you will know in advance what is required. We also offer flexible options for consulting or advisory tailored to your needs, including monthly plans with no long-term commitment, fixed-term projects for specific initiatives, and annual subscriptions for ongoing support. There's no requirement for long-term lock-ins, allowing you to choose the best option for your business and adjust as needed.

No one knows your business better than you do. Remember that we are coaching Sales, Marketing, and IT. If you own a solar installation company, then you are likely an electrician by training. Most double-glazing company owners are carpenters. We would not dream of getting involved in electrical engineering or carpentry; you do not need help there. It is more likely that your business will benefit from more leads, a better sales conversion rate, and a smoother customer journey—right?

Our services are directed towards business owners, but we understand that the owner might be semi-retired or running multiple businesses. If you prefer that we coach your general manager or a group of sales, marketing, and IT staff, that is also fine.

We aim for the highest satisfaction in our coaching services. If you're not satisfied, we offer a structured refund policy for cancellations made within the first 30 days of service. After this period, refunds may not be available, but we will work closely with you to address any concerns and adjust services to better meet your needs.
